Biography

Dustin was born and raised in Dexter, Missouri. After graduating Dexter High School he attended Southeast Missouri State University and majored in Political Science and graduated Summa Cum Laude. Dustin attended the University of Missouri School of Law and was a member of Dispute Resolution Journal. While at law school he met his wife Ashley and they have two wonderful daughters and one son while residing in Dexter, Missouri. After graduating from law school Dustin worked at the Missouri Attorney General's Office defending the Second Injury Fund and the State in workers' compensation cases. He then went to work for the Pemiscot County Prosecuting Attorney's Office as an Assistant Prosecutor. While there Dustin was the lead trial attorney on several jury trials that included class A and B felonies. Dustin then opened his own law practice in Dexter, Missouri and his primary areas of practice are personal injury, criminal defense, workers' compensation and civil litigation. In his free time he enjoys hunting, fishing, watching sports and spending time with friends and family.
